It is moot now.. I know because, Digital is not real is one of my netiquette rules, which I have written about and I am working on a blog post about pictorial privacy. The only way I can connect what happened in India to the internet is that the web leaves people digitally disconnected. I think the United States is a good forum for finding the boundary lines between technological benefits and privacy abuse, if more people started spending any time thinking about the issue. However, it is interesting to think about what will happen in countries that already have authoritarian governments in place, especially larger ones with minimal reason to comply to foreign pressure. Reading your post about the brazilian police made me think on how it might even change the cycle of government. We have recently seen some dictatorships overthrown. Do you think that would that still be possible in a country with the ability to record/search most correspondence and match faces on camera to known conspirators?

Evan Wasik
ewasik@accessiondesign.comAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6866949840873846905.post-63290132204430543042011-04-19T23:49:22.799-04:002011-04-19T23:49:22.799-04:00Nice article Parthada!Nice article Parthada!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02234406937171128749noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6866949840873846905.post-77161655414224372042011-04-14T11:33:35.362-04:002011-04-14T11:33:35.362-04:00I've tried to limit my own multi-tasking for e...I've tried to limit my own multi-tasking for exactly the points you've mentioned. I do stiLl try to do other tasks while listening to a conference caLl that only requires my intereaction for 1 of the 3 or more agenda topics though. Would be curious to hear some insight on how listening to music while
performing a task is viewed. I find it helpful to drown out other conversations when I'm writing presentations.
AmandaAmanda Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15143430625297711095noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6866949840873846905.post-72834921652995603282011-02-16T16:42:03.629-05:002011-02-16T16:42:03.629-05:00Nice article.
